It was a difficult journey but you have come far, you have managed to accomplish your dream of starting a play school. But this is not enough. You are ambitious and want bigger things. You want your play school to be the best play school in India. How do you make that happen? In a country where there must be over thousands of play schools – some from a franchise while others which are home play schools. How do you make sure that your play school is the best play school in India?

Below are a few ways on how you can be the best play school in India –

Choose the right program – Make sure the play school program you choose is the right one for the kids you will be housing in your play school as well as their parents.

Decide on the curriculum – It is very important to have a comprehensive curriculum for the children. Understand that the children are very young and only study and no play as well as the other way round will not do them any good. Keep a good balance of study while play, play time, exploring time, etc. for the children to have a healthy and educative experience in the play school.

Your faculty is one of your strengths – which is why you must choose teachers and caretakers who know what they are doing. Be sure of hiring well qualified faculty, but at the same time make sure that they are capable of having fruitful interactions with the children and they are able to guide the children in the right way on their path towards education.

Keep an updated toy box – the toys and other materials that the children will be using has to be well updated! It is necessary to have a good mix of playing toys as well as educative toys. Be sure to add building toys, dress up toys, etc. Keep toys that cater to the child’s imagination – meaning the kind of toys with which they can add their imagination for a good play.

Beyond study and play – think beyond the trappings of study and play. Have facilities in your play school for the children that will enable them to have real life learning – things like learning manners, music, reading, caring for a pet, etc.

Cater to your crowd – In a country like India, culture is very important. You will be well on your way to accomplishing your goals if you have a good mix of the different cultures of India so that the children learn more about their and others cultures as well as learn cultural diversity.

Befriend tradition – Just like culture, Indians love their traditions. Give the children a general understanding of the healthy and good traditions followed in India.
